Wonderful week end in best location

Excellent location, 2 mns from the main square (waking distance) We took the appartement for 6 persons - very comfortable bed ; clean bathrooms (2) Simple but good breakfast close to lobby i a restaurant I suggest for family or friends visit We were there for the marathon

Piękna, zabytkowa Praga zaczyna się natychmiast po wyjściu z Hotelu.

Lokalizacja doskonała. Obiekt stary ale wyremontowany (taki miał być, po to w końcu ścisłe centrum Pragi). 5 minut do mostu Karola. Pokój duży, łazienka czysta. Na parterze knajpa czynna do późnych godzin nocnych.

Ze względu na lokalizację całodobowa impreza i tłumy pod oknami. Jeżeli jesteś nastawiony na zabawę i zwiedzanie, super miejsce i wszędzie blisko. Jeżeli liczysz na zwiedzanie i odpoczynek w nocy, ciszę i spokój, hotel zdecydowanie nie jest dla Ciebie. To oczywiście nie jest wina hotelu.

The property is not very comfortable. I had to climb all the 3 floors with out a lift and it was pretty exausting

Great location, basic room

Great location, a stone’s throw from the astronomical clock. Room was basic but sufficed for a short stay.

Felt a little bit weird having to go through the restaurant/bar every time to go in and out of the hotel.

Great place to stay at Prague

There are several aspects that become this hotel in a great place to stay: big enough for two or three people, a spot to work which it is separated of sleep area (if you are a couple), mini-fridge, electric kettle, safe, iron, hair dryer, necessary tableware. Furthermore, it is located in the city centre.

Just a crucial aspect was omitted for us: vacuum the rug once during our stay at least, and adding shampoo and conditioner.

Comfortable stay in a great location but customer service needs improving

Great location, right in the heart of the old town. Room had everything we could need for a short stay, including a very comfortable bed! Breakfast was great.

Staff at reception were not particularly helpful. When we checked in we had to ask questions about breakfast and check out times etc, and they were unsure on the answers, meaning we had to work everything out for ourselves. Whilst the location is great it can be noisy at nighttime. If you are a light sleeper you will need earplugs. Also a lot of stairs and no lift, so not easy getting up and down to rooms especially with luggage.

Stay here but just don't drive!

We stayed in a corner Family Room with 2 beds and plenty of room. We were so glad to have an air conditioner in the room. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was very large.

We drove into the city and parked in a reserved spot that was arranged by the hotel. The directions we were given were incorrect and it took us almost 2 hours to finally find the small very narrow alley. The parking was super tight to get in and out. In order to get out of the spot we had to have people help us move a heavy metal sign and drive on the side walk. I would recommend staying at the hotel just not driving.

Nice location and room but very poor service

Very pretty hotel, nice big room.

They “ran out of towels” and for our 3 days there we had 4 guests and only 2 large towels. The other two guests were told to use the small bath mats as towels for the body. For a hotel this is completely unacceptable.

Excellent stay

Loved the room. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent. I will definately book this spot again which is in the centre of everything.

The shower is kinda small, but I was not there to spend all my time in shower... ;-)

We loved everything about this apartment and will be back!

The location is excellent! The two bedroom apartment is huge, clean, nicely furnished and was the perfect fit for our family of 5. We enjoyed the restaurant downstairs too. We will stay here again for sure! it was perfect and I have no complaints.
