About this house rental
Brand-new outdoor living on the shores of Lake Sammamish! A large new top-level deck plus a covered lower deck built for year-round use, with a built-in BBQ, outdoor TV, fire pit and a golf putting green. Inside: restaurant-grade kitchen, movie theater with surround sound, hot tub, sauna, arcade games, ping pong and 8 bikes. 5 bedrooms, sleeps 12, in the Weber Point community, a half-mile trail walk to a great public beach.

Guests have access to the whole house, the new top deck, the covered lower deck and the putting green. Only the master bedroom closet is locked.
The house is in the residential community of Weber Point on the shores of Lake Sammamish. From cycling and hiking trails to golf courses and dog parks, the area offers an array of outdoor activities. Redmond's shopping and dining is just up the road.
Please no dogs over 25 pounds. Dogs must be well trained and are only allowed on the main floor, where there are no carpets. Please add any pets as an extra guest on your reservation. If carpets need to be cleaned there will be a $250 charge.

We have stayed in many VRBOs in this area for the last 8 years but never this equipped, well managed and comfortable!!! Perfect location too!!! We had such a wonderful Thanksgiving with family and would love to return!!!!

Beautiful home, great property for entertaining a crowd. Lots of effort went into upgrading furnishings and kitchen equipment, Lots of 'toys' for adults. Great hot tub and Sauna used it every day. Short walk to beach access and views right from the deck...

Rick's place was a great spot to host my big family who came to town for a long weekend. The highlights were the trail right outside the house, the proximity to the public beach, the large kitchen outfitted with every gadget you may need, the large blackstone grill on the patio and the lower patio. It comfortably slept 10 people. Additionally, Rick was super accommodating for our early check-in as well as was very responsive even during the holiday weekend. We would stay here again.

This is a gorgeous house with lots of very cool amenities. Hot tub was wonderful and got used almost every night. We had a hard time working the movie room, and never received a response to our inquiries. The bedrooms are extremely bright with inadequate curtains. Really a simple fix. One of the bedrooms in fact has skylights with no coverings. The beds are old and uncomfortable and the furniture is also quite old and uncomfortable inside the house. Outdoor seating was great. Outdoor space was great. Dishwasher needs to be repaired or replaced. Nothing that was significantly concerning, but at this price point, without direct lake access, we really expected the furniture to be quite a bit better. The musical instruments were super cool and we appreciated access to them. Lots of bikes available. Lots of helmets available. It’s really a great house, just need to do something about the price or upgrade the furniture.
