Altbackene Wohnung, wenn man Hilfe braucht, tauchen alle ab.
- es war ruhig und es gab einen eigenen Stellplatz
- garten mit klettergerüst und Schaukel
- spül- und Waschmaschine vorhanden und funktionsfähig.
-Der Strandkorb auf der Terrasse !
- gebucht hatte ich 5 Nächte für knappe 900€, eine Rechnung dann für 1000€ erhalten. Nach unzähligen Mails dann Reduktion auf 950€, Bezahlung im Voraus.
- Der Toilettenkasten ist komplett vergilbt und undicht, plätschert also rund um die Uhr. Toilette unten undicht, braun-gelbe Sauce kommt am Standfuß raus.
-Duschfugen und Duschtüre schimmelig, welche mit Klebeband geklebt ist. Badbodenfugen sind schon fast schwarz in der Mitte des Raumes, am Rand noch hellgrau.
- wahnsinnig viele Stechmücken, wir waren in 4 Läden um ein Fenstermoskitonetz zu kaufen, nichts. In unserer Not haben wir uns an die Verwaltung gewandt, die waren erst total abweisend, haben dann den Erst der Lage verstanden und die Vermieter kontaktiert. Die haben sich dann aber "dagegen entscheiden" uns zu helfen. Beim öffnen des Fensters waren sofort in 1 min ca. 10-20 Mücken im Raum.
- Um 10Uhr muss man ausgecheckt sein, es wird einem sogar eine Preisliste ausgehändigt, wie viel Strafe man bekommt, wenn was nicht passt, z.b. 20€ wenn der Geschirrspüler noch läuft bei Checkout etc.
- es gab nur 1 kleinen Schrank im "Schlafzimmer", was bei weitem nicht genug Stauraum bietet. Somit liegt alles offen in der Wohnküche.
- Keine Handtücher (war aber bekannt)
- Betten durchgelegen und quietschen, das eine ist ein Stockbett, das andere in L-Form im Wohnzimmer.
Preis-Leistung stimmt hier absolut nicht. Aber die Reaktion der Vermieter sprengt alle Grenzen. Ein Hotelzimmer wäre günstiger gewesen und man müsste am Schluss weder putzen, noch fegen und saugen, auch keinen Müll rausbringen und das alles vor 10Uhr morgens.
