Great and calm location close to amenities. Calm despite being on main road. Friendly concierge. Outside balcony needs n

Great location, spacious, air conditioning , despite being close to the main road and station it was very quiet. Swimming pool on site.

WLAN did not work for most of our holiday which in this day and age is not acceptable. Took a while to fix it. Utensils in the kitchen were scarce. We were 4 people -Not enough glasses, larger knives, one handle for all pans.Furniture on the balcony was shabby and should be replaced ( including the clothes horse).

Fabulous apartment and location

This apartment was ideally located, just a 20 minute walk into the town of menton and about a 10 minute walk to the super market, with lovely views of the port along the way! The apartment was very clean and tidy and the pool was great to cool off in and was usually quiet.

There was only one set of keys, so some planning had to be done around this which was frustrating. The twin room didn’t have air con, but it wasn’t a major issue and didn’t get too hot even in 30+ degrees.

Great little find!

Great location, super close to Menton Garavan train station, boulangerie, pizza and supermarket. Modern nice and spacious apartment, quiet location - balcony space very good. Communication was incredible with owners.

Check in procedures could do with being better. Whilst the communication was second to none, having one set of keys that need to be dropped off in person isn’t ideal - a lock box would be much more suitable, or able to collect keys earlier from another location prior arranged (e.g Menton office). The one set of keys also posed problems for a group of 4. Whilst every effort was made to accommodate us for an earlier check in, we still had to wait for the arrival after the arranged time in the boiling hot sun after a long day of travelling. Furthermore the introductions to the appt were not great - no discussion of fire evacuation procedures for example or general procedures (eg pool opening times) A suggestion would be having a welcome book/folder in the appt fully equipped and very well detailed with all this information, on view for the guests to access when they arrive.

La piscina,. Las camas son muy comodas. El amplio balcón con zona de comer y zona de sofas. El aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien.

La ubicación un poco lejos del centro. El wàter está en un espacio separado de la ducha que es muy pequeño.
