We liked the hotel facilities and location, also the deco and cleanliness of the bedroom and the two coffee capsules were a nice freebie.
The swimming pool area was very welcoming and pretty and we had good customer service by the swimming pool bar staff. Finally, the reception staff were very attentive and helpful.
We liked everything.

Lovely pool. Clean rooms. Reception staff excellent.
Communication before stay was poor. Took days to reply to a message or just didn’t bother.

Decoration of the room.
Very very bad parking. Very very small. You can't park without help other or come out from your park place and from parking itself. We never met such a small parking place.
Breakfast buffet not had enough choice.
