About this apartment rental
Just a few minutes from the "Hausberg" ski resort, a cozy, bright attic apartment awaits you, offering approximately 100 square meters of space—enough for up to 3 people. The open attic structure not only creates a cozy living atmosphere, but the resulting excellent indoor climate also contributes to the perfect vacation getaway! The apartment’s living and dining area is thoughtfully laid out: on the right side of the room is a large dining table with chairs and a cozy bench—here, all guests will find plenty of space to spend time together. Of course, the beautiful tiled stove immediately catches the eye—please note that it is not functional and serves only decorative purposes. Nevertheless, it exudes Bavarian coziness at its finest!
Of course, the apartment is also equipped with a sofa. An additional armchair invites you to enjoy the beautiful view—or to relax with a good book after an exciting day. The balcony is also accessible directly from the living area. Get your camera ready—a magnificent mountain view awaits you here! The gentle murmur of the nearby “Partnach” river adds an extra touch of relaxation.
You can also make yourself comfortable in the bedroom—a double bed measuring 180x200 cm and a spacious built-in closet await you here. You can also access the balcony from this room, so enjoy the fresh mountain air right after waking up! Another room with a sleeper sofa and a dresser offers space for a third guest.
If you’re looking forward to a little spa time after a long day of vacation, you’ll love the bathtub in the spacious bathroom. In addition to a shower, the bathroom also features a toilet, a bidet, and, of course, a sink. There’s also a separate guest restroom available.
The kitchen is separate from the living area: perfectly integrated into the sloped ceiling, you’ll find everything you need for daily use. In addition to a stove with an oven, there’s also a microwave and a dishwasher.
A free underground parking space is available for your car. You’re also more than welcome to use the ski storage room!

Immaculately clean apartment with plenty of space in every room.
A great spot. Just make sure you have some essentials packed as shops close at 8pm and there are no supplies in the apartment.

Probably the cleanest property we have ever stayed in. A really lovely place to spend a week with my family whilst enjoying skiing in garmisch
