About this villa rental
The "Colletto degli ulivi" is located on the first hills of Versilia, in a sunny position with a splendid panorama and sea view. In 5 minutes you can reach the center of Camaiore, a historic town full of restaurants, shops, cultural activities; 15 minutes away the famous beaches of Versilia.
In a few kilometers we are in Pietrasanta, Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio, Torre del Lago Puccini. 35 minutes to get to Lucca, Pisa, an hour from the magical city of Florence. Ideal starting point for countless excursions in the Apuan Alps.
In the middle of an olive grove of 3,000 square meters, the villa of about 220 square meters. is spread over 2 floors: on the first floor large open-space living room with open kitchen, dining area, service bathroom and living room with fireplace. Double bedroom with private bathroom and shower.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, one double with bathroom, one double and one with 2 beds; a bathroom with shower.
In front of the house there is a panoramic garden with gazebo and barbecue for romantic dinners overlooking the sea. Large terrace with swimming pool cm. 400x200x70 where you can sunbathe or enjoy unforgettable sunsets over the sea while sipping a drink.

We were a family of five adults who stayed here for a week and found it to be the perfect base for exploring beautiful Tuscany. Camaiore, a short walk away, is a nice village for restaurants, cafes and an outdoor market. A lovely sandy beach is a 15 minute drive away. We loved Pietrasanta which is a 10 minute drive away, and we also spent lovely days exploring Florence and the chianti region from here. Stefano was an excellent host. He allowed us an early check in free of charge and arrived immediately when we had trouble working the stove. Enjoy!

Lovely villa with lovely views of Lido Di Camaiore. Stefano went over and above and booked (and double-checked) a taxi for my parents in law. Thanks again Stefano for doing this for us, it saved a lot of worry.
The villa has a very modern television so you can stream whatever you want, the dip in pool was lovely to sit and chill out on a hot day.
Decor is nice and as the photos describe, villa is nice and big with a big double downstairs and 3 big rooms upstairs.

The noise from the main street under the house was a dissatisfier. But we enjoyed the spacious sleeping rooms but should have looked for airco since the weather was hot and wet. The outdoor space was nice for breakfast, but inconvenient for an early-evening dinner, too hot.
