Awful conditions - the photos on Booking are old and they don't show the current state of the ap

This is my first one star review in my 15 years of traveling around the world. The owner of this apartment should be ashamed that he rents it in these awful conditions. The apartment needs massive renovations and a deep clean before any other rental. And he dares to advertise it as a "Premium Apartment". I am 100% sure he will not pay a cent to spend his vacation in a place like that! The walls are broken, with unfinished repairs and dirty from insects killed. I can understand that spiders and insects cannot be controlled, however those that were in the apartment looked like they were there for a while. The curtains are short so you see shades and feet next to your windows every time, which is not pleasant at all. The kitchen utensils were disgusting and should be immediately replaced. Not only were they dirty, but also the Teflon from the pots was deeply scratched and as we all know (except for the owner), it can lead to health problems. The beds were a nightmare! Extremely hard, our group came back home with severe back and neck pain. The pillows were thin as a tissue package, and of course not comfortable. BONUS: there is no AC in the bedroom, so imagine the august temperature in a room with one wall made of glass. The sofa from the living room has two parts, that are not tightened between them, so during the night they just move, if you dare to move in your bed. Also, in the living room there is no cabinet or something to deposit your stuff. The only wardrobe is in the bedroom, but the apartment says it can accommodate 4 people, so it makes sense for everyone to have their own space. The only part of the house that looks decent is the bathroom, but then you take a shower and you have water everywhere, because of the cheapest shower cabin. We were provided with a mop, that of course was not new or at least clean. I hope the photos attached will give you a better sense of what we had to face during our stay.

Over marketed / kind of misleading, won”t go again

Apartament was clean and had most of the facilities listed. Parking right on the spot. Clear instructions for checking in. Customer support via booking messaging is excellent. Thumbs up for Ewa!!

Outside was unattented - pavement broken/cracfed ob the way to the parking. Hairdryer missing whoch is much needed after swimming in the pool. TV was not working. Apartment soze is definetly not 90m2, but smaller. also i was quite upset when i saw a lady destroying the bird nests, made me really sad and distrust the owners…

If we ever return to Kavarna, ATEA would be our place to stay, with great views, clean rooms and all you need for your s

Our stay was just perfect! The apartment was exactly like described in the photos, 5 minutes walk to the beach and the pool was very clean and all guests were respectful. Even though our apartment was in front of the pool, we were not distrubed by any noise. Everything was very clean and our host very hospitable, making us feel welcome and comfortable. And what matters the most: pet friendly for our furry baby.
