Pretty designed and cozy apartment, generally in good condition. A very nice large outdoor veranda with a dining table. Big tall windows let in a lot of natural daylight, and the apartment is very bright during the day. Large comfortable sofa. Big TV. A kitchen corner with all general necessary amenities (plus a washing machine); it is possible to cook something simple there. A very nice tea selection was provided, and specifically their Earl Grey tea tasted fantastic. Big and very comfortable bed. The Wi-Fi worked well during my stay.
Great apartment location in the heart of Istanbul, close to the waterfront; many sights are nearby, and the distance to them is walkable. There are many restaurants, cafes, and shops right around the apartment.
Very good WhatsApp communication with the apartment management. Clear check-in instructions and an easy, uncomplicated check-in process. A reasonable nightly rate of €46 for the overall experience.
The major unpleasant issue was dust and dirt all over the apartment, especially under the bed, sofa, and on top of the kitchen shelves, where it was obvious that no proper cleaning had been done for a long time. The housekeeping should do a better and deeper cleaning job!
No elevator in the building. The stairs to the top floor are very steep and narrow. It is very difficult to carry large heavy luggage if you have any, and it can also be dangerous because it is easy to slip and fall. Keep this in mind and be very careful.
The apartment is very tiny. I believe it is comfortable and the right size only for one person. I had 4 large pieces of luggage with me, and there was no space for them inside, so I had to keep them on the balcony, which made them dusty by the end of my 3-night stay. Some equipment in the apartment is outdated and old – such as the small microwave, electric kettle, and cheap dishwasher. There is no real closet in the apartment. The small closet section made of light wood is shaky, unstable, very tiny, and does not fit many things. Only a few hangers were provided as well. The bathroom is super small, with a tiny sink area where it is impossible to place even little bathroom items. The actual shower is very cheap and basic. The water pressure was not strong, and the shower holder did not hold the shower head properly – it fell down all the time. Cheap bathroom amenities with an unpleasant smell.
I also did not like the cafe right next door to the apartment building. It was often busy and full of people, and sometimes the tables blocked the entrance to the building. As a result, people had to stand up and move their table a little to let me pass through.

Bellissima zona, centrale.
L’appartamento comodo per 3 persone.
La proprietaria è stata eccezionale!
Mancano degli appendini per i giubbotti e in bagno per gli asciugamani.
Le scale, seppur l’appartamento è al primo piano, sono ripide ed un po’ pericolose se non si ha molta agilità.
Abbiamo avuto dei problemi con l’acqua calda, subito risolti dalla proprietaria, con risposta immediata in whatsapp. Metterei un foglio con la spiegazione della caldaia nell’appartamento.
Se si ricerca il silenzio assoluto, poco consigliato
