La struttura agenzia Arcobaleno dovrebbe essere più attenta e curare i dettagli...

Mi è piaciuto il trasferimento in altro appartamento :-)) considerato che non avevamo l'acqua calda....ma anche il trasferimento ha presentato le sue pecche come per esempio i sanitari sporchi di feci , bidè sporco, segni di schizzi di dentifricio sullo specchio e sporcizia sotto il divano. Privo di lenzuola e poi consegnate irregolari, e pure difettose; e dulcis in fundo, i cuscini presentavano macchie di sangue ed erano stati usati ...

location infelice, TV non funzionante, Boiller acqua calda rotto dopo due giorni, tavoletta del water sganciata (l'ho riparata da solo) pulizia in generale mal curata....ma la cosa che mi ha disturbato parecchio è la richiesta di una cauzione alla consegna delle chiavi. Non era specificato da nessuna parte una tale richiesta, nessuna indicazione al momento della conferma del pagamento booking. E' la prima volta che mi capita una tale richiesta dopo anni di servizio booking ...

L'appartamento è perfetto per 2 adulti e un bambino e ce tutto per una vacanza comoda in famiglia

Arrivati in orario prefissato per il check-in e la stanza non era pronta, prese elettriche datate quindi pochi punti per attaccare dispositivi eletrici

Da evitare, zero pulizia e struttura decadente

L’unica cosa positiva è la posizione

Accoglienza maleducata, l’agenzia di riferimento non è minimamente professionale né organizzata. Sono degli improvvisati: il check-in si è svolto sotto il porticato su un tavolino da bar, senza privacy, dato il passaggio delle persone. Dopo la registrazione e la consegna delle chiavi siamo andati nell’appartamento. Due parole: INDECENTE e VOMITEVOLE. Appena siamo entrati dalla porta del condominio non si poteva non notare la trascuratezza e la sporcizia dell’intero edificio. Non erano nemmeno state fatte le pulizie dell’alloggio, c’era sporcizia ovunque. Tempestivamente abbiamo chiamato, siamo ritornati alla reception sollevando il problema, e un loro addetto ha voluto verificare di persona perché non ci credeva. Poi, si sono scusati e ci hanno riferito che in MEZZ’ORA avrebbero pulito tutto. Siamo usciti per lasciarli sistemare. Al nostro ritorno, la situazione non era diversa. Per pulire quell’appartamento ci sarebbero volute delle ore. Il copri materasso non era stato cambiato ed era, inoltre, macchiato come il copriletto; le pulizie in generale sono state fatte in modo superficiale. Siamo tornati in agenzia per segnalare (nuovamente) e ci hanno riferito che avrebbero provveduto personalmente alle pulizie. Al nostro ritorno era più pulito - diciamo abbastanza accettabile, anche se io ho una concezione ben differente di pulizia - e abbiamo sistemato le nostre cose. Comunque l’appartamento è veramente molto vecchio, come tutta la struttura, e sarebbe necessaria una ristrutturazione totale. Direi che le foto parlano da sé, peccato che possa metterene solo 4.
