An amazing hotel near Gare de l’Est. Everything was perfect. The spa was relaxing, and the staff member looking after it was very attentive and helpful. The rooms were clean and offered a peaceful retreat in the heart of Paris.
My only concern was the lack of a handrail at the steps leading into the small pool in the spa. The steps were a little slippery, and there is a risk of scraping your leg, as I did, or falling. This makes access difficult for people with reduced mobility.

We asked for twin beds and were given a double.
The toilet was so small.
