Spacious, cozy and impeccably decorated, this magnificent apartment in Madrid de los Austrias invites you to linger as soon as you enter. Although the apartment is located in an area full of life, full of services, bars, restaurants and theaters, it enjoys a calm and quiet atmosphere thanks to being inside the building and its good insulation. Steeped in culture and history, Madrid de los Austrias is the oldest and most traditional neighborhood in the city. The apartment: This bright and comfortable apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building with elevator. Entering, there is an open space that integrates the kitchen, equipped with a washing machine, ceramic hob and everything necessary for cooking, and the living room, tastefully decorated and equipped with a nice sofa next to the dining room. This room has access to a very nice terrace. The night area has four double bedrooms, all equipped with a double bed. It has two bathrooms with shower. Partial air conditioning in the living room. The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance. The change from heating to air conditioning will take place in May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be in November, in accordance with the protocols established by the property, the hours during the heating months will be from 13:00h to 23:00h.
