About this villa rental

Palazzo Giustiniani is located in Puglia, in the small town of Sogliano Cavour in the Salento region. It is a little corner of paradise nestled between Salento’s most famous beaches and its cities of art, making it the perfect vacation destination year-round.Palazzo Giustiniani is an elegant historic residence dating back to the 17th century, where you can host family and friends while experiencing the best that Puglia has to offer. The interior design of the residence is intentionally minimalist, aimed at highlighting the simple yet elegant style of the historic architecture. This style is immediately apparent in the majestic frame of the entrance door, which evokes ancient Baroque-Andalusian architecture. Once inside, you’ll immediately notice the star-shaped vaults, a classic feature of Salento’s most refined estates. The estate consists of a main floor that includes the grand salon, which overlooks the beautiful square and the Church of San Lorenzo. The living room stands out for its seven-meter-high ceilings and star-shaped vaults, making it the most majestic room in the house. Connected to the main hall is a reading room, a perfect place to relax with a good book. The dining room can accommodate up to twelve guests around an elegant Lazy Susan table. The modern kitchen, entirely made of stainless steel, features an induction cooktop, a large oven, a spacious refrigerator, and a fireplace. As for the sleeping quarters, there are three large junior suites with king-size beds on the main floor and three master bedrooms on the first floor. The dining room opens onto the spacious outdoor patio, featuring “chianche” paving—a classic element of Salento architecture. It’s an intimate and enchanting spot to listen to music and enjoy a refreshing cocktail, all while relaxing on the outdoor sofas with friends and family. On the patio, you’ll also find a small loggia equipped with a shower area and a bathroom. The beauty of the interiors and patio of this classic Salento residence extends to the secret garden, an idyllic spot featuring a spectacular swimming pool surrounded by a lemon grove. Inside the adobe, you’ll also find a hidden staircase leading to the flat roof, from which you can admire the town square and marvel at stunning pink sunsets and starry nights.
