Perched high above Coral Bay, Just Right Villa offers breath-taking views & soothing trade winds to help you unwind. Our (3) bedroom, (3) bath home is tastefully decorated and fully equipped with everything you'll need. It's all just minutes away so come and enjoy! We're also offering our 4-door Ford F-150 pickup for rental (for guests who are 100% comfortable driving a full-size pickup on the left-hand side on narrow roads). Additional costs, a separate contract is required and restrictions apply including valid driver's license, proof of insurance valid in USVI, rental contract available after booking, security deposit and rental fees must be paid upon contract signing. Just Right Villa was spectacular! It was as described. The view from the deck was awesome. The house was set up perfect for 3 couples. It is clean, comfortable and decorated so cute. I loved the outdoor shower. The kitchen was well stocked along with some goodies that were left. We were close to Coral Bay, which we really enjoyed. Greg was awesome to work with. We definitely would stay again!

We just returned from the best summer vacation to beautiful St. John!! “Just Right” was perfect for my husband, 2 daughters (and 2 friends) and I. The place was beautifully appointed and the outdoor shower was the icing on the cake. Pure heaven! We hope to be back real soon. Greg was awesome to work with too! - the Malzewskis (from Arkansas)

Absolutely perfect Villa for our friends and family girls only mental health get away! We loved being on the “mountainside” near Coral Bay and many of the best beaches, The accommodations were beautiful and fit our group perfectly. We had an amazing view of Coral Bay from our two balconies. Our younger teens had their own space on the lower level. We had all the amenities we needed from a fully equipped kitchen to enough snorkel and fins beach chairs and towels to yoga mats and an outdoor shower. The host Greg was friendly and accessible for any questions we had. 5 stars from our group!

We enjoyed this villa so much, we did not want to leave. The view was exceptional. The kitchen was well equipped and it was great to have soap and lots of basic essentials like detergent, spices and paper products. It was nicely decorated, furnishings were comfortable. We loved the outdoor shower. It felt like home and we can’t wait to get back there. It is an incredible villa and the perfect place to relax and get away from it all. The owners were responsive and very friendly. We could not have asked for anything more.
