About this house rental
Nestled in a green setting, in a picturesque and quiet village, on the banks of the river, villa 1828 welcomes you for your family reunions, your seminars or your weekends with friends (self-managed).
Come and recharge your batteries 3 hours from Paris, 2 hours from Nancy and barely 1 hour from Dijon and Besançon!
400 m2 of interior space distributed as follows:
First floor:
- 1 kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fridge, large SMEG cooking piano, Nespresso etc...
- 1 scullery with washbasin area
- 1 WC
- 1 large living room of 100 M2 (billiards, darts, connected TV, fireplace and dining area for 25 people)
- 1 TV lounge
- 1 small dining room with pellet stove
- 1 games room with René Pierre table football, books and board games
- 1 bedroom with bathroom and toilet
1st floor:
- 7 bedrooms (3 with shower room and 1 with WC and bathroom)
- 1 bathroom
- 1 toilet

Local shops 6 km away (bakery, medical centre, pharmacy, supermarket, newsagent, bars, restaurants). For early risers, the baker's truck passes through the village every morning around 8 am.
House rules:
-Deposit requested of 2000 euros by check or bank transfer, refunded after the stay if no damage
-Children welcome
- Pets are not allowed
- No smoking indoors (a sheltered summer terrace allows smokers not to get wet!)
- Respect for the neighborhood (after 10 p.m. the party continues inside)
- Glass bottles must be thrown away at the end of the stay in the containers provided for this purpose in the village and the bins sorted.
-Sheets for rent, Towels not provided
It's a quiet and relaxing place, no parties outside
