Nestled in Surf City, this charming house for $876 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This dog friendly oceanfront home is going to leave you with many family memories!! Offering you an authentic beach vacation in Surf City with the Atlantic Ocean within steps of your back door! This five bedroom home offers good ole wooden beams, vaulted ceiling, natural light and wide-open ocean views to help wake you up in the mornings!! At the very top of this playful beach house sits the large primary bedroom complete with its own kitchenette, bathroom and expansive windows with stunning ocean views. The main gathering areas - living room, kithcen and dining are on the 1st floor, which opens up to an incredible oceanfront sun deck!! The 1st floor deck comes compelte with a wrap-around covered deck, outdoor shower, direct beach access, and a front deck which is the perfect spot to watch pods of dolphins play in the waves.   Sweet Dreams: LINENS (BED/BATH) ARE NOT INCLUDED! 2nd Floor: North Oceanfront Bedroom - Queen Bed, TV,  private bathroom with shower and private balcony South Oceanfront Bedroon - Queen Bed, TV, private bathroom with tub and private balcony  North Street-Side Bedroom - Twin over Double Bunk Bed and Twin Loft, private bath with shower South Street-Side Bedroom - Twin over Double Bunk Bed and Twin Loft, private bath with shower  Street-Side Bonus Room - 5 70x37 wide Bunkie cushions - bring your sleeping bags, pillows, covers, etc.  Top Floor: Oceanfront Suite - Queen Bed, private bathroom with tub, TV, and kitchenette Location:  Your vacation rental is located in Surf City, approximately 1.4 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge. Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past. Amenities Central Heat/Air 4 cable TV's (Living room is a 49" flat screen), DVR Wireless Internet Full kitchen and kitchenette 2 Washers/Dryers Telephone  Oceanfront sun deck including rocking chairs 2 Oceanfront balconies Enclosed Outdoor Shower with Hot/Cold Water Additional Property Information:  Smoke Free - No smoking allowed by anyone on the premises Pet friendly - $150 Non-Refundable Fee per Dog - max number allowed is 2. Sorry, cats are not allowed. Linens (bed & bath) are NOT included, but are available for an additional fee. Trip Preparation: Rental homes with Ward Realty all have minimum standards to make your stay be as close to home away from home as possible. All of our rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, blenders), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s), central heating/air, iron/ironing board and much more!
