Nestled in Moorea-Maiao, this attractive villa for $364 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. ## Space Villa Māha Iti 1 can accommodate 2 people maximum comfortably, 4 ppl max. For sleeping: - 1 bedroom with A/C and a queen size bed, and an ensuite bathroom on the ground floor - 1 guest WC on the ground floor - 2 twin beds, that you can easily pull together to fit another couple, located in the mezzanine (it tends to get hot up there FYI), no A/C, equipped with a portable fan For cooking/dining: - spacious, fully equipped and beautifully finished kitchen - outdoor dining area For lounging: - living room with sofa - bar stools on the poolside - sun chairs by the pool All guests are provided bath towels and pool towels. Note: Guests benefit from a 10% discount for stays of 7 days and more. The highlights: - The private pool and sun chairs - The A/C in the bedroom - The location close to all shops, restaurants and public beaches - The luxurious interior design - Did we mention the pool? :) The location: Tiahura is a village inside the town of Haapiti where some of the most famous restaurants, shops, public beaches and activities are located. - 15min walk or 1min drive to the famous Plage des Tipaniers - 30min walk or 2min drive to Tiahura Public Beach - 35min drive from the Ferry Dock - 30min drive from the Airport - 2min drive to Coco Beach departure dock IMPORTANT NOTE: Villa Māha Iti 1 is one of 2 little sister villas located on the same property but are separated by a wooden fence, so guests of both villas can have privacy. Each villa gets 1 parking space per villa, therefore, you will be sharing the parking space with another group, if they’re renting Villa Māha Iti 2, and you might cross paths with other guests at some point during your stay. ## Access The guests have the entire unit to themselves as well as their own private pool but will share the laundry room and parking space with other guests. The villas are separated by a wooden fence so guests of both villas can have privacy. ## Neighborhood Tiahura is one the most coveted neighborhoods in Mo'orea. It is where most of the shops, restaurants, and activities departure are located as well as being close to some of the most beautiful beaches and departure docks to go to the Motus (islets in the middle of the lagoon). ## Transit Guests are strongly encouraged to rent a car or vehicule. This private Villa is modern and well equipped if you want to be self contained. The full sized fridge and cooking facilities are great. The small pool is amazing and the overall property nicely kept. It’s very close to the main road so you will hear traffic. It’s located only a short distance from the Village and short drive to the public beach. The property team are incredibly easy to communicate with and were so helpful.

We are 3 friends that decided to stay in the Villa, each sleeping in different beds. Pros - The location is near Tipaniers Beach, walking distance - The pool - very refreshing after a day of snorkeling at the beach - well equipped kitchen - well maintained garden Cons - the size is not enough for 3 adults, it is better for couples or 2 people - not enough space to leave your luggage - no air conditioning at the deck, as it gets really hot even with a fan - deck stairs is uncomfortable - responsiveness of the host was low during the weekend Overall our stay was ok, except that the deck was not cleaned when we arrived, some bed sheets were replaced as they were not washed properly and a few items in the booklet were not provided (umbrellas, snorkeling gear, beach blankets,some amenities like salt and body wash)

We spent 6 nights in this beautiful house and felt very much at home. It was clean, spacious and very well equipped. Great communication with Ranitea and perfect location close to Les Tipaniers and many amenities. We can definitely recommend Villa Maha iti 1. Mauruuru roa!

We enjoyed our stay at Ohana Properties. I would definitely stay here again. Perfect location to amenities and market. The pool was amazing! Ranitea was also extremely prompt and helpful. Great customer service.

This was a perfect, secure, location away from the port. Beautiful drive to the home, with several great eating spots around! I would definitely recommend this perfect spot to any couple.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Maha Iti 1. It is a beautiful villa with everything you need. Location is great - super close to a grocery store and not too far from some restaurants. The outdoor area is great with the pool being a highlight. Highly recommend this villa!
