This property features a Ring Doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video when motion is detected by the device (including devices linked to the camera such as the alarm system's motion detector) or when the video doorbell button is pressed. No motorcycles No trailers No commercial vehicles When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals. All guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Large Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

The unit was very nice but very disappointed with the property manager of this condo. We had to request information to get into the condo the day before the stay, as we did not get any. When we arrived we realized we were given the wrong WiFi info, did not have any information on parking passes if needed and when we went to the pool we were supposed to have a key fob or code to get in and weren’t given that either. After going into the closet in the bedroom, there were dead bugs in the closet along with some dust and when reported was told those bugs tend to come into the condos and die. I guess the dirt came in with them too. This was my first time using VRBO by a suggestion from a friend and I’m unsure if I’ll use again. Very disappointing first time customer, especially for the price paid.
