We were a group of 9 people. The apartment was perfect for us. There were 6 rooms and 6 bathrooms which was very comfortable for a large group. The kitchen/dining/living area was a great space for us all to hang out. The beds were comfortable. And the location was great, 10 minute walk to the old town and public transportation just around the corner.
There were enough place settings for the amount of people, but the rest of the kitchen dishes were lacking.

Large apartment with very comfortable beds.
The floorboards in the bedrooms are very loud and creaky. No way you can walk around silently. The curtains also need to be more blackout as sunlight streams through the windows at 5:30am.

Good location, close to the old town, helpful personnel, reacts quickly. Appartment looks great.
The appartement may be modern, the building is not. The shared stairway is very noisy and our appartment had a closed door connecting to another appartment, so we could here the neighbours in the evening. Also we could hear people walking in the appartment above us, late in the evening. Not good for a good night sleep.
“Late” check in at 20:30 costs extra, although it is somewhere described in the conditions, I don’t think its very hospitable at this appartement price.
The bed is very soft, seems a cheap mattress.
Showerdrain runs over.
