About this villa rental
New to the rental market in the Ardèche: a luxury detached vacation home with a private heated pool. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the home can accommodate up to 8 people and a baby. It is situated on a beautiful grounds with many amenities, including a central pool with a wading pool, a tennis court, playground equipment, and more. The house has a driveway large enough for several cars.
Both the reception staff and your rental contact speak Dutch, English, and French.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning in both the living room and all bedrooms. In the spring and fall, the pool can be heated. There is also a gas grill available, as well as 4 bicycles with gears (no e-bikes), which you can use to easily cycle to the supermarket or Vallon.
Linens for beds, bath, and kitchen are provided, along with a baby crib, changing pad, and playpen.
Pets allowed upon request
From the park, you can walk right to the Ardèche River to watch the canoes drifting by. Summer vacation bookings are almost fully booked. Dutch is spoken at the park’s reception desk, where you can ask for information about all kinds of excursions. For example, a bike ride to wine testings or a canoe trip that starts and ends at the park.
