立体駐車場の方が親切でした。
朝食のご飯が固すぎて不味かった。
納豆・卵・デザートなどがないのが残念

ベッドが大きく部屋も広かった。
ベッドの横に窓がついてるのは陽の光を浴びれて最高でした。
朝食のご飯とお味噌汁は日本人には最高の朝食です。
部屋の鏡が大きいのが１つだったので２つあれば使いやすかった。
朝食に納豆や梅干しがあればもっと良かったです。

駅チカでめちゃくちゃ安く泊まれてよかった！フロントの方も優しくて良かったです。
出発時間が早く朝食を食べる予定無かったので、宿泊料金に朝食代が含まれてるのが少し痛かった、、！！

I like the staff specially adeline. she understands english and speak english as well. we will definitely go back and stay to this hotel and i really hope adeline will still be there to assist us. their breakfast is good.

夜中1時くらいまでうるさくて、寝れませんでした。

Its always fun to stay here in Toyoko Inn Yashio, location is perfect for a peaceful vacation, very close to the train station and mall with a very good food plaza :)
Not all at the reception spoke english, but good thing they have portable translator with them.

綺麗でしたし、駅近である程度施設もあり良かったです。
朝食時に、人数が多くて席数が足らなかった。

部屋から富士山が見えたこと
エレベーター脇の部屋のせいか、
昇降時の音 気になり 寝付けなかった。
また、朝食のトレー サイズ小さすぎ
器載せづらく 運びずらい。

ベッドの広いのを選びましたが、本当に広くて子供と3人で余裕を持って寝れました。
朝食バイキングのパンがほとんど無く、追加してくれるのか尋ねたが出てるだけで終わりとの事だった。

The staff and the helpfulness
It was bit outdated and worndown hotel room. The breakfast was not that good but on the other hand I'm not used to japanese style breakfast.

Onsen are private. But hard to enjoy when fully booked
Communication was impossible and they were not clear on what they would offered to the guests. I expected a futon bed and a dinner provided and it was not the case .
