About this apartment rental
The "Meerblick exklusiv" vacation rental is located in the "Columbus" building and offers a direct view of the sea. The apartment is on the first floor of the building. The vacation rental (approx. 87 sqm) was recently renovated and redesigned. It can accommodate up to 4 people.
The apartment features 2 bedrooms with box-spring beds. One double bed offers a comfortable length of 2.10 meters. From the other 2-meter-long double bed, you can look directly out at the sea. If needed, a fold-out sofa bed in the living room is also available. The apartment features a total of 3 TVs, Wi-Fi, underfloor heating, and—as a special highlight—its own sauna area. The modern bathroom is equipped with a spacious rain shower with a glass partition. A second restroom is located in a separate room right next door. The open-concept kitchen meets the highest standards not only in terms of technology but also aesthetics (microwave with grill and crisp function) and is integrated into the living-dining area. The apartment features two rooftop terraces, one with a direct ocean view and equipped with a beach chair, and the other facing south.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the building’s basement for a small fee. A car can be parked in the apartment’s private parking space right next to the building (IMPORTANT: the entrance to the underground garage is only 1.74 m high!). From there, you can take the elevator directly to the apartment. Dogs are allowed in this apartment. A maximum of 1 dog is permitted (height no higher than knee-level). The dog park is located near the ferry terminal (no leash required).
