I had a great stay at Zedwell Tottenham Court Road! The location is amazing, right in central London with shops, restaurants and public transport just around the corner. The hotel has a modern, minimalist concept, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.
A special thank you to Habiba at reception, who went above and beyond to help me surprise my best friend for her birthday. She decorated the room beautifully and was incredibly kind and helpful, making sure everything I had planned for the surprise worked out perfectly. It really made the stay extra special for us!
I also want to mention Sakshi, who was so lovely and kind to us. On our last day, she kindly allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel free of charge until it was time for us to head to the airport, which we really appreciated.
Overall, the staff made our experience even better. It’s a convenient, comfortable and good-value place to stay in a fantastic location. I would definitely recommend it!

The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and attentive throughout my stay. From check-in to check-out, they were always available and willing to assist with anything I needed. The location is excellent, and considering the average accommodation prices in London, I believe the room offers fair value for money given the amenities provided.
The main area for improvement is cleanliness, as more attention to detail in the room would have made the stay even better.
One other thing worth mentioning, although it is more of a characteristic than an issue that needs fixing, is that the rooms are located underground, are relatively small, and you can hear the Underground trains passing by. This may be something to consider for guests who are sensitive to noise or prefer more spacious rooms.

Location couldn't have been better for the price, hotel was lovely and clean and staff were always friendly and helpful. You can hear the subway trains but I found it really relaxing
Nothing at all was a fantastic stay

i will say this. The room was clean, the staff was great, the bed was really comfy. the overall experience being in a underground room was interesting and though not for everyone was kind of cool.
The biggest flaw i have with the hotel is everywhere ESPECIALLY the room smelt like mold. the other big issues especially for me and my partner was the lack of Airconditioning as we both struggle with heat. i dont know if the AC was broken or needs repair overall but we had it on full power and it just kept flashing red
