A romantic, exquisite villa (early 1900s) with a stunning view of the lake. Very spacious with high ceilings, spectacular large windows overlooking the lake, a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a terrace with a view, a kitchen with a fireplace, a staircase, and rooms furnished with antiques. Ideal for those who want to relax in a comfortable, welcoming, and peaceful setting while still being close to the main attractions of Lake Maggiore (Intra and Verbania, within 15 minutes; Baveno, Stresa, and the islands in 20 minutes, Cannobio, Cannero, and Switzerland in 35 minutes). Perfect for golf enthusiasts (Premeno is 15 minutes away) and those who enjoy the cool climate of the lake.

A family home with character, just built at the right place. The garden is full of little landscape elements, that wait to be discovered. It was a very nice place to stay with kind and friendly hosts.

My family and I had a great time in the house.
The landlord was very helpful to get settled throughout the week. The view from the balcony was marvelous day and night.
The house itself is quite antique ( old ) and provides a LOT of space!
To some level it needs renovation - especially the sanitary areas.

This was a very special trip - brining my kids to Italy for the first time and Gisella and Alessandra’s home made our home away from home better than we could have imagined. The views!!! I could not imagine anything better. The rooms and beds were quite comfortable and everyone had a robe!! The balconies made for amazing and serene moments at the start and end of each day.As hosts, the owners were prompt and extremely helpful with suggestions of where to eat, etc. The location is perfect for day trips to see the islands or for us - to visit family in a nearby village. Even on rainy nights, we enjoyed playing cards in the comfortable and spacious living room. I will definitely look forward to a return visit!
