The location was super, just on the Piazza Grande. The staff was very helpful, generous and friendly. The suite was ample, more than we needed for a short stay. I would be happy to live there for a month.
It was perfect.

Beautifully clean great location
The courtyard facing property was dark musty and difficult to ventilate

Location was good, beside the square
The mattress was saggy, pillows were old and flat and duvet were very old. The “city view” means you are looking at a wall. The check out is at 10am. Almost no outlet and only one lamp.
