About this apartment rental
This beautiful duplex with exposed beams is comfortable and very bright thanks to its high ceilings. It’s perfect for a romantic getaway or for friends visiting Paris. Its location is ideal—right in the heart of the city, just 50 meters from three metro lines that serve the entire capital. You can enjoy all the delights of Paris and relax in a pleasant, well-appointed apartment. A portable air conditioner has been added for added comfort.
The Apartment
Fully furnished, this apartment is on the fourth floor with an elevator. Upon entering, you’ll find on your left a beautiful 15 m² bedroom leading to a bathroom (shower, toilet). To your right is the living room, a cozy area with a comfortable sofa that can serve as a guest bed, opening onto a fully equipped open-concept kitchen (microwave, oven, induction cooktop). In the living room, you’ll find a small ladder leading up to a mezzanine with a work area and a double bed. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available on the landing.
Guest access
Located between the Canal Saint-Martin and the Canal de l’Ourcq, it is close to all amenities. Right next to Metro lines 5, 7, and 2, with a Vélib’ station 50 meters away. Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est are 5 minutes away.

If the weather is nice, go for a walk along the canal—it’s delightful. And for kids and kids-at-heart, in the summer there’s “Paris Plage” along the canal with a pool, pétanque, a refreshment stand, lounge chairs, and an open-air café—you’ll love it.
