The house is located in a quiet environment and at the end of a cul-de-sac.
Flat and secure, fully enclosed land of 700m².

The pool is south facing! Private pool!
In addition to the main access, the house has pedestrian access through the garden which gives direct access to the cycle path.

The living area is 130 m² with a kitchen open to the living room and the living room spread over 50 m². The living room gives access on one side to the swimming pool and on the other to a veranda of about 16m². This veranda as well as the rest of the accommodation are to be shared with the 2 cats of the house. The 2 cats have a kibble vending machine.
Fully equipped kitchen: half-height dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer.
A laundry room adjoining the kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer.
1 master suite with shower, sink, dressing room on the first floor.
2 bedrooms upstairs.
Bed linen is provided.
Towels are provided.
Beach towels are not provided.
We are non-smokers.
Garden with trees and not overlooked, terrace with pergola, large table, garden chairs, sunbeds, Weber barbecue, plancha, ping-pong table, PÉTANQUE court.
Swimming pool 6m x 3m, flat bottom with a depth of 1.50 m, secured by a manual bar cover. The pool has a submerged deck.

A cleaning fee of €200 is charged at the time of booking. This amount will be refunded if the house is returned in a satisfactory state of cleanliness.

The house is lovely, in a nice quiet area. Delphine and Eric were extremely nice and could not have been more helpful.
