Le Maree Deluxe Apartment is a luxurious apartment with a sea view, offering spectacular views of the Levante seafront. It is located on the first floor of an elegant historic building in the heart of the island of Ortigia. The apartment, with its modern design, is equipped with every comfort: a spacious and bright living room with a sleeper sofa, an armchair, and a flat-screen TV; a dining table; a fully equipped kitchen with a kettle and coffee maker; two bathrooms with a washer and dryer; an upstairs living area (with an extra bed); two bedrooms with flat-screen TVs, a bathroom with a shower, and a private terrace overlooking the sea—from which you can admire a glimpse of the wonderful Porto Piccolo and the city of Syracuse—furnished with a table, chairs, sofas, and deck chairs. The Maree Deluxe Apartment enjoys an excellent location, ideal for exploring the entire island on foot; it is situated across from the Lungomare di Levante (Talete Parking Lot is a one-minute walk away), just a short walk from the Old Market, the Temple of Apollo, and Ortigia’s most important monuments and points of interest. The area is home to numerous restaurants, bars, pubs, and shops.

The apartment is in an old building with plenty of space and a lovely roof terrace. It is very clean, comfortable and well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay.
I was concerned that the host did not make contact until just a few hours before check-in. However everything worked well once the contact had been made

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The place was very clean and looks just as it does in the pictures. The private terrace on the roof was especially nice, with views of the water.
It was also conveniently located across the street from the main parking garage as well, and close to everything in ortigia.
