The interior is very nice and modern. Everything is at hand and parking is very easy in the street or a parking space 30 seconds walking.
The location is shady, the gate entrance is full with bins and everything around is very neglected.

Appartement parfait pour une famille en forme mais pas très pratique pour des personnes à mobilité réduite. En cause l’ escalier menant aux chambres, la rambarde pas très sécurisante et la baignoire pas pratique. Nous avons apprécié les extérieurs et les bons conseils donnés par notre hôte.

The apartment looks good, the kitchen is big and well equipped, close to the center
There were plenty of things that didn’t go well. From the beginning, when we arrived, it was after 9 PM and already dark outside. We wanted to park our cars in the large free parking lot near the apartment, but one of the cars had a roof box on top, and the maximum allowed height was 1.9 meters, so it couldn’t go in.
For the car that did go into the parking lot, we were advised (by some people also parking there for the evening) not to leave it overnight, because there had been many cases of attempted car break-ins, especially targeting cars with foreign license plates. We weren’t sure if this was true, but we didn’t like the idea of finding a damaged car in the morning.
So, we took both cars and looked for another parking spot, which we eventually found about 1 km away.
The entrance hallway of the building was really messy — very dirty and cluttered with a lot of stuff. Although the host did mention it in advance and we were prepared, it still didn’t feel great.
The apartment itself looks good, but there is no fan inside, and in the middle of a hot summer it gets really uncomfortable. We couldn’t rest at all because of the heat, and we were just waiting for morning to come so we could leave the apartment. 🤷♀️
