About this apartment rental
Fully equipped vacation rental in a quiet residential neighborhood in Bühl Rieder, on the shores of Lake Alpsee in the Nagelfluhkette Nature Park.

Private parking space right in front of the house. Level access from the parking space to the apartment—no stairs or steps.
Bedroom with a double bed featuring two 100 cm x 200 cm mattresses. Bunk bed with two 70 cm x 170 cm mattresses. Bedding is provided.
Living room with a cozy corner bench, table, and chairs. Smart TV, radio, and Bluetooth-enabled speakers.
Fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils and a dishwasher. Bathroom with a large shower, toilet, and sink with mirror.
Large balcony that gets morning and evening sun and offers a beautiful view of the Grünten.
All floors are low-maintenance, either laminate or ceramic tile.
A ping-pong table in the recreation room and a lockable, ground-level bike storage room are available for shared use.
A 10-minute downhill walk to Alpsee. You can either walk along the road to Bühl am See or take a small nature trail with a view of the lake. Immenstadt, with all its shopping options, is 3 km away.
Hiking trails and biking routes start right from the house. For example, you can hike to the Gschwender Horn and the Immenstädter Horn, or take the Alpsee Coaster—Germany’s longest year-round toboggan run—to the Alpsee Bergwelt in Ratholz, which also features a large climbing forest.
In winter, it’s an excellent starting point for driving to the ski resorts in the Allgäu region—as far as Oberstdorf and the Kleinwalsertal—and via Oberstaufen to the Bregenzer Wald.
The visitor’s tax is included in the price. With the Walser Card, you may receive discounts on admission fees or train rides.

Overall the apartment was great. Quiet and perfect location. Walking distance to the lake if you don’t mind walking back up a steep street. One downfall I didn’t notice on booking was there is no internet and cell service was terrible. Otherwise, would stay again, hoping they get internet.
