Great if you're looking for someone central. Noisy due to being on the ground floor wouldn't recommend to light

Property was located centrally so 15-20mins walking distance from main attractions.

Bathroom Facilities. On our first day we reported bugs and a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. Was told cleaning and maintenance would come but we had to kill the bugs with spray everyday throughout our stay and the smell did not go away. We heard nothing after the maintenue man came and did nothing.

Wouldn’t book again, I would avoid. I’d rather of booked somewhere else further out for a good nights sleep & better

Location & parking was good otherwise nothing

Unclean - hair clumps in the bathroom & flies/insects everywhere extremely noisy from both outside as you’re literally sleeping next to the road & footpath. Shutters didn’t go all the way down Sink gurgled repeatedly noisily Shower flooded every time and didn’t provide enough towels so had to use hand towels to mop up. The upstairs apartment kept us awake until 1/2 AM moving furniture & again from 7am Bed was uncomfy and the place just felt run down & very basic compared to the price and photos displayed

Great central apartment slightly on the expensive side. Don't count on parking.

Location was nice & central, apartment had modern interiors.

Listing clearly mentions free parking but we had to request for it separately. The parking that was eventually provided was in a garage 10 mins away from the apartment. We accepted a higher price for the apartment due to free parking but felt misled by the listing.

Poorly managed property.

The location was good and the room was clean and nice.

The check-in process was extremely stressful and poorly managed. Although the listed check-in time was 3:00 PM, I was not provided with access instructions, parking information, or the entry code until approximately 8:45 PM. To make matters more confusing, the actual apartment address differed from the address shown on Google for the property listing, making the property difficult to locate. I had originally advised the property that I expected to arrive around 9:00 PM, however our travel plans changed and we arrived in Sevilla earlier than expected. In the early afternoon, both before and again after the 3:00 PM check-in time, I contacted the property through the booking platform to request access details, as I was now expecting to arrive around 7:00 PM. I was told there was nothing the customer service representative could do about activating the access code because of the ETA I had previously provided, although they said they would contact the property staff. Despite this, I was effectively left waiting on the street for several hours before finally receiving directions to both the accommodation and the advertised “free parking.” After a long day of travel, this created unnecessary stress and significantly impacted our arrival experience. Even if I had have arrived at 9pm, 15 minutes prior is not an acceptable amount of notice to be given this information when I'm trying to navigate driving in a foreign city.
