Notre séjour a été écourté tant le logement ne correspondait absolument pas aux photos ni à la description de l’annonce.
À notre arrivée, l’appartement était dans un état de saleté inadmissible. J’ai dû nettoyer entièrement le logement moi-même : vaisselle, verres, couverts, assiettes et ustensiles de cuisine étaient sales, avec de la nourriture collée dessus. La passoire était complètement rouillée et donc inutilisable.
Aucune information n’indiquait dans l’annonce que le chauffage est coupé à partir de 21h, soi-disant pour des raisons d’économie. En pleine période hivernale, avec des températures descendant jusqu’à -3°C, nous nous sommes retrouvés sans chauffage la nuit. La porte d’entrée, très ancienne et en bois, est extrêmement mal isolée, avec des jours en haut et en bas laissant passer un air glacial. Nous avons dû bloquer les courants d’air avec des serviettes et des draps.
Dans la chambre, de graves problèmes d’humidité : papier peint complètement décollé, moisissures visibles en dessous, traces d’eau sur les murs, les plinthes et le plafond. Le parquet semble gondolé, glacé, avec une forte condensation et une odeur de pourri très présente.
La literie est à changer intégralement, tout comme le canapé, taché à de multiples endroits et totalement inconfortable. La chambre est à refaire du sol au plafond.
Malgré cet état déplorable, l’agence exige 500 € de caution, ce qui est tout simplement choquant au vu des conditions du logement.
Mais le pire reste à venir : après avoir contacté Booking et l’agence pour signaler la situation, le gérant de l’agence « Bienvenue Chez Nous » à Clermont-Ferrand m’a appelée le dimanche à 10h30 pour me hurler dessus et me menacer. Il m’a ordonné de quitter le logement avant 11h, sous peine de venir nous expulser lui-même et de couper l’électricité et le chauffage.

A fuire - pas de parking + caution 500€ sans état des lieux
Un appartement bien rénové, avec un chauffage qui est coupé dès notre réveil jusqu'à 13h30, une porte d'entrée laissant allègrement passer le froid glacial : extraordinaire en termes de baisse de consommation énergétique. Un matelas bien cuvette au milieu et aussi une prise en otage avec une demande de caution de 500 € avant de pouvoir récupérer la clé du logement malgré le règlement par virement fait auprès de booking et tout cela bien sûr sans aucun état des lieux
Nous étions ravis de cette location avec un parking gratuit dans une rue en pente fortement fréquentée , aux places bien rares.
Une personne en agence s'occupant des lieux nous a fort agréablement fait remarquer que nous n'avions pas été vigilants lors de notre réservation auprès de booking en sélectionnant certains critères (dont le parking) donc c'est de notre faute si nous avons été piégés. Nous avons également adoré le parquet de la chambre qui surplombe un garage : ce parquet étant glacial. Pour se rendre au centre aquatique royatonic, le lieu est idéal à 700 m à pied.
Tout était parfait dans une médiocrité absolue sans compter la cage d'escalier relativement minable.
