About this villa rental
Experience the essence of Italy in the heart of Apulia. Located just a short distance from the famous “White City” of Ostuni, this charming villa boasts a truly unique character. Stylishly furnished with a spacious outdoor area, a large terrace, and a beautiful pool. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, along with an open-concept kitchen/living area, all within approximately 100 square meters of living space, situated at the end of a small country road. Ideal for travelers seeking a peaceful, yet not secluded, vacation. The Adriatic coastline and beaches, as well as picturesque towns such as the World Heritage Site of Alberobello, the cities of Locorotondo, and Lecce—the “Florence of the South”—are all within a short drive.
The villa is situated on a property of approximately 7,000 square meters, enclosed by a small stone wall. It offers plenty of outdoor space and a beautiful kidney-shaped pool measuring about 10x5 meters in size, with an average depth of approximately 1.5 meters. The property features numerous fruit trees, including apricot, walnut, almond, pomegranate, fig, and olive trees.
The villa faces south. Spacious outdoor seating areas are located at the front and back of the property, allowing you to enjoy both sun and shade. The front terrace is also partially covered by a pergola. The open fire pit adjacent to the terrace is ideal for spending cozy evenings with family and friends.

We stayed in this lovely villa for 10 days as a family of 4 and had the most amazing time. The villa was clean and comfortable from the start and the area was quiet and very secluded. We loved seeing the stars from the rooftop while drinking the lovely local wine as well as swimming in the pool, which was always the perfect temperature. There were lots of lovely areas that we explored; these were all a reasonable distance away and made for a lovely meal and walk around after a relaxing day by the pool.

We stayed at Villa Fiore in June 2026 with our family of four (two children) and had a wonderful family holiday. The house is very tastefully furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The large pool is perfect for cooling off and is beautifully integrated into the spacious grounds. Many charming towns, such as Ostuni, are just a short drive away. We highly recommend the villa and will definitely return.

Tucked away in the Ostuni countryside but perfectly located to reach all the towns and villages surrounding Ostuni with total ease.
The villa was comfortable, clean and rustic, being made up of an old Truli. Surrounded by fruit trees the property felt secure and secluded.
Checking in and out was a breeze and the property manager was very quick with all communications. Open fire BBQ was fun and satisfying and the pool was the perfect antidote to the heat of the day.
