Catalans sur Mer is an exceptional apartment located across from Catalans Bay. It features a separate bedroom and a terrace with a view of the sea. It is equipped with air conditioning and a high-speed Wi-Fi connection. Located on the 8th floor of a residential building, it offers unobstructed views. All the furniture is new, and the apartment was completely renovated in April 2022. It is sure to satisfy beach lovers and even the most discerning travelers.

This place was perfectly situated, with walking distance to the conference venue being only 10 minutes. While my husband attended the conference, I was able to enjoy this wonderful location with a great view of the sea. There are great little restaurants right downstairs and there are grocery stores and bakeries within a couple of blocks. The beach is only a 1/2 block away. It's a small place and would probably be too crowded is more than 2 people were there. But, it was great for us. Valerie is a wonderful host. She was always quick to respond and very helpful. We really enjoyed our time here.
