Excellent place to stay.

Perfect apartment and location. It was a nice stay in a great place. The host was really friendly and very helpful. Great comfortable apartment, grocery store nearby, Alfafar shopping centre, bus to Valencia 18min. Enjoyed it. Highly recommended!!!

The worst apartment ever—I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Give it a wide berth.

I liked the suburb where the apartments are located, but I don't see any other advantages to it, and I can't recommend it to anyone. You'll end up with a negative impression and waste a lot of time and energy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

These are the worst apartments we’ve ever rented. To start with, after paying for the apartment, I was charged a deposit (500 euros, which he assured me was refundable) that wasn’t mentioned in the listing, plus a fee for my dog, who is a service dog (we provided the owner with the documentation at status Service Dog he requested, but he still charged us an additional 400 EUR, which is non-refundable), even though the website stated that pets were allowed (even though he doesn’t fall into that category and there were no amenities provided for him for that fee—no extra towel, no bowls—instead, there were rules prohibiting everything). We weren’t supposed to pay for it, as stipulated by law and Booking.com’s policies, and without payment for the dog, the host refused to check us in—even though we had a confirmation from Booking. The apartment was dirty, the kitchen sink was leaking, and we had to constantly mop up the water. Plus, there were cockroaches in the apartment, also, every day at 7:00 a.m., our waking up was accompanied by a jackhammer and construction work, about which, of course, no one warned us; the host was unresponsive and wanted to profit from everything, since it’s a garage that’s been converted into an apartment, the panoramic, non-tinted windows also caused discomfort, since from the building across the street, everything that was happening in our apartment was visible, which made us feel uncomfortable; additionally, the stove in the kitchen was broken, the dishes were dirty and in poor condition—none of which we were warned about. The apartment itself was in terrible condition; everything was torn and damaged.

Me gustó.
