This very bright house has been entirely designed, decorated and refurbished by an artist. Endowed with great charm, it will delight lovers of well-made and authentic things. This house combines both the beauty of the old and the comfort of the modern.
The materials used are natural: lime/hemp/lime concrete/woodwork/old cement tiles, parquet floors...
The soul of this house is nestled in every detail: the works, the objects, the decoration of each room is thought of as a universe in its own right.

A large living room with fireplace
A library/office/games room
A large kitchen/dining room very well equipped with two fridges/espresso machine/processors and full cookware.
A small living room on the 1st floor and an anteroom on the 2nd floor.

A laundry room with washing machine and dryer
6 bedrooms with storage (chests of drawers and wardrobes)
- 5 double bedrooms (140 cm bed)

Passenger access:
Guests will have access to the entire accommodation except for the artist's studio

This house is located 2 minutes from the banks of the Loire, 15 minutes from the beaches and 10 minutes from the canal of La Martinière.
Many walks and cycle paths are possible in the region if the beaches with the charming fisheries have bored you.
There is also no shortage of parks and tourist attractions for children and adults: Canoeing/sand yachting/sailboats/animal parks/horseback riding/water sports centre with water ski lift/multi-sports area/socio-cultural centre/library-
All its activities can be carried out less than 15 minutes from the house.
