About this apartment rental
The apartment is spread over two floors in a three-family home and offers plenty of space for up to eight people.
The first floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table, a living room with a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV, a bedroom with a double bed and a closet, and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, bidet, and sink.
The stairs lead to the upper floor. There you’ll find two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a closet, and a small bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
Bed linens, towels, and parking are provided free of charge. There is a bus stop in front of the house.

Thanks to its proximity to Bolzano and the Fleimstal Valley, Neumarkt is the perfect starting point for excursions and recreational activities.
In the summer, there are several outdoor swimming pools in the immediate vicinity, and in the winter, various ski resorts in the area are easily accessible.
