The location was perfect and easy to find from the Porta Matteo. We even found a free parking not far by foot, outside the city walls. The room was nice, the breakfast was a bit modest but perfectly adequate.
The only thing - it was a terrible noise early in the morning in the narrow street below our window: garbage collection truck and then street cleaning machine.

Perfect location inside the walled city - just a few meters from a bus stop, and easy access to lots of restaurants and shops. Great breakfast with warm croissants every morning served by our very friendly, helpful and efficient hostess. She also recommended and arranged a great trip to a wine farm which we thoroughly enjoyed.

The proximity to the airport was why we chose it. Ocean view was an unexpected plus:) The outdoor patio was wonderful and the rooms were spacious.
Like Mary Poppins it was"perfect in every way":)

Good breakfast friendly waitress
We were given rooms 11 and 12 the noisiest rooms in the place despite booking months ago.we were just up the stairs from the restaurant and there was a private party of noisy people there t’il 5 pm when I had to complain about the excessive noise
The restaurant reopened then for the evening and then we had to put up with the restaurant staff shouting til midnight
How they expect anyone to get any sleep in these rooms
Is beyond my comprehension
I don’t usually complain but we were very disappointed
