Excellent location - walking distance to everything that we wanted to see
It is one of several modern mini apartment rooms that the owners have in an older building.
It had a nice view across to the cathedral
Comfy bed
* The property listed "laundry" but there is no laundry on site and/or no washing machine. We had booked this for its location AND because it had a laundry so that we could wash clothes after a week in hot summer weather. When I queried this with the owners and their response was that the cleaning lady could take it away to a laundry for us or we could go ourselves to a nearby laundrymat. This was not an option for us as we only had 2 nights booked there.
* The other problem was that the access codes to get into our room failed on the 2nd day! we were locked out of our room for almost one hour and were unable to get hold of the owner. The response was that if we didn't enter the wrong code then it must have self locked again. Finally, when we got a response from the owner they reset the lock for us and we were at last able to enter the room - both boiling hot & desperate to use the bathroom.
* There were 2 large flat plates and knife & fork but no bowls that we could use for cereal in the morning which we found annoying

Great location & very comfortable room, with wonderful local food downstairs in the same building. Thankful for the lift that gets you to the 4th floor
Communication & payment was a bit confused - would prefer all communication to be through booking. com, & payment to be finalised in advance

Location was great
The room could have been cleaner there was bottles in the room from previous guest and the pillows are not very comfortable at all. A lot of steps to the room 😅
