I enjoyed my stay and access to beaches and good food

Achtung! Sehr Schlecht und betrügerischer Vermieter.
Geräumige, relativ saubere Wohnung.
Bequemes Bett mit guter Matratze.
Die erste unschöne Erfahrung vor dem Aufenthalt war die Anzahl von Mails zur Zahlung, die auch von anderen Gästen hier erwähnt wurde. Es waren genau 30 Stück. Online Check In durch Ausfüllen des Formulars auf der BeGuest Webseite, inkl. Selfie mit Ausweis.
Nun zur Unterkunft selbst:
Möbel und restliche Ausstattung etwas heruntergekommen. Fenster aus 1970, 1-fach verglast und ohne jeglichen Schallschutz. Hauptverkehrsstraße vor dem Gebäude welche Nachts von Motorrädern für Rennen benutzt wird - es ist unbeschreiblich laut bis ca. 3 Uhr nachts, so laut dass man sich nicht mal gegenseitig verstehen kann.
Bad ohne Dusche, an der Badewanne gibt es keine richtige Befestigung für den Duschkopf. Wasserleitungen sind aufputz montiert, Armatur ist nicht fest an der Wand. Wasserhahn am Waschbecken im Bad winzig, fast unbenutzbar.
Elektroinstallation in der Küche lebensgefährlich, bei Benutzung des Herdes herrscht akute Brandgefahr. Mikrowelle sehr alt und war innen sehr schmutzig. Mehrere Bodenfliesen sind beschädigt und locker.
Auf den Nachbarbalkonen werden Hunde gehalten, sobald man das Fenster öffnet, riecht man den Hundekot.
Keine Jalousie/Rollo im Wohnzimmer.
Nachbarn bis spät Abends laut.
Wohnung befindet sich in einem riesigen Wohnblock.
Parkplatzsituation sehr schwierig.
Im Flur vor der Wohnung riecht es nach Urin, der Geruch zieht auch in die Wohnung.
Wir haben 11 Nächte gebucht und haben nach 5 aufgegeben, vor allem wegen dem Lärm. Wenn man besser Schallisolierte Balkontüren installieren würde, wäre es schon deutlich besser. Wir hatten bereits in Portimão in der Nähe gewohnt, dort waren Fenster und Türen guter Qualität installiert, sodass man bezüglich Stadtlärm nichts mitbekommen hat.
Kommunikation mit BeGuest war knapp, nachdem wir die Probleme geschildert haben, wurde uns versprochen dass nach einer Lösung gesucht wird, seitdem gab es keine Rückmeldung mehr von BeGuest, auch bei mehrfacher Nachfrage, auch durch Booking.
