Our stay was superb! The setting is quiet and breathtaking, the inn charming. The standout, however, was the husband & wife owners. Katia's husband is a talented chef who produced creative riffs on traditional dishes. She is a warm, gracious person, always ready to engage and be helpful in any way we needed.

The room was really clean, lovely and spacious. All amenities were provided, even things I didn’t expect to be provided. The view from the room and garden was amazing!
The owner was really kind and always gave me a gentle smile. The meal was also great, and I liked the cosy dinning room as well.
Nothing. I loved everything and I would like to stay there again!

Our balcony room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and bright. The service from the family who ran the inn was warm and thoughtful. As an example, my partner is lactose intolerant and they went out of their way to get almond milk for breakfast the next morning. Speaking of, the food was excellent. But make sure to make a reservation for dinner, as the restaurant is open to the public and seemed quite popular. Overall, this was a great place to return to after a long day of hiking.
Our room ran a little warm - but that wasn’t a big problem, you can just crack open the window or sliding door. Also just be aware that the roads to/from Cortina are especially windy.

The staff is very welcoming and nice, the location is great for hiking. The restaurant was amazing.
Our room was very small, smaller than in the photos I saw on the website for that room category , it was not easy to circulate in the room with 2 people in it, especially when you are trying to get ready and pack rucksacks for the day. There was only one window ( the photo I saw had two) so quite dark and not possible to create a draft which is nice to cool the room. There was no kettle in the room which to me makes a big difference. That would all have been acceptable but the worst was that our room was an interconnecting room and the door between us and the next room was not soundproof and we could hear absolutely every little noise, from a press opening to phone conversations! That was a big let down, we just got the worst room of the first category.
