This two-story vacation rental offers you the chance to relax with your family and/or friends.
It is located on the first and second floors of a detached house. The ground-floor apartment in the house is rented to a friendly lady. The garden area is exclusively for your use and can be accessed from the first floor.
In addition to the bedrooms, a spacious living room, and two generous terraces, you can enjoy the view of the lake from the rooms.

Multi-story vacation rental:
This vacation rental offers four spacious bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor, and two more are on the second floor. The first floor features a large bathroom and a separate restroom. Another, smaller bathroom with a shower and toilet is located on the second floor. In addition to the spacious living/dining room, there is another quiet room available for your use. Adjacent to the spacious living/dining room is a spacious terrace with direct access to the garden.
On-site costs: This vacation rental spans two floors and features a large kitchen. When renting to 2 to 4 people, we provide you with access to the first floor only. The ground-floor and attic apartments in the building are currently rented out. The tenant (first floor) works full-time but is happy to assist you with any questions in person in the evenings and on weekends. A security deposit of €300 is required for each booking and will be refunded after a satisfactory inspection upon checkout. Therefore, we ask that you leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it. If you’re traveling with a dog, a €100 deposit is required. This will be refunded after the garden and the apartment have been inspected. If you leave the property clean, the deposit will be refunded immediately. The Erlebnis Card is included in our offer and will be provided to you upon arrival.
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
