Our exclusive vacation apartment, approximately 120 square meters in size, is located directly on the banks of the Moselle in Schweich-Issel and offers a wonderful view.
You can access the Moselle Bike Path directly through the private garden area. The ground-floor apartment also features a covered terrace complete with patio furniture. Enjoy the idyllic view of the Moselle directly from the living/dining area or even from the kitchen

Riverbank No. 12:
The living room is furnished with a cozy sofa set, coffee table, desk, TV cabinet with a flat-screen TV, stereo system, dining table, and chairs. Furthermore, the living room provides direct access to the garden area with a terrace and, via a staircase, to the Moselle Bike Path. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire vacation rental. The living room features a flat-screen TV and a stereo system for your entertainment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dish towels, and access to the outdoor area.
The first sleeping area features a box-spring bed measuring 180 x 200 cm.
Another sleeping area is furnished with two single beds, each measuring 90 x 200 cm. These can also be pushed together if needed.
Upon request, the apartment can also be booked for 6 people.
The bathroom with natural light features a shower, sink, toilet, hand soap, towels, and an initial supply of toilet paper. The second bathroom has a bathtub, walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.
On-site costs: Upon request, the apartment can also be booked for 6 people. The price includes a final cleaning fee of 100 €. Upon booking, payment must be made 7 days in advance. If the payment has not been received in the designated account 6 days in advance, the reservation will be canceled and the unit will be made available to other guests. Free cancellation is possible up to 8 days before the start of your stay. No refunds will be issued within 8 days of check-in. The deadlines for free cancellation are based on the EU cancellation policy, as stipulated by accommodation booking services. Cancellation Policy. A parking space and bicycle storage are available directly at the vacation rental. Additional parking can be booked if needed.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
