Located in West Yarmouth, this welcoming cottage brings it all within your reach. Your feet will make short work of the 7-minute walk to Cape Cod Beaches or the 12-minute walk to Hyannis Harbor.

As you settle into this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental, you'll find a BBQ grill, a fireplace, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan. Enjoy the free WiFi, TV, and video-game console. Nice split units for different areas. Very pet friendly. Perfect for 2-3 couples. Comfortable beds.

We were so pleasantly surprised on how wonderful the house was when we arrived. I have to admit, I missed an email regarding the combination lock. The owner saw us arrive on her camera and was able to get us into the house. Inside the house, it is set up so perfectly. Everything we needed was supplied from kitchen supplies, games, washer and dryer, and beach equipment. There were 6 of us and we were so comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. I am only sorry that we stayed 2 nights. I would love to go back and spend at least a week on this property.
