About this apartment rental
The 50-square-meter attic apartment has two separate bedrooms.
The second bedroom is separated from the living European plan by a curtain. It is a non-smoking apartment, and the balcony faces east. We ask that you wear slippers, as the apartment has carpeted floors. A large panoramic window offers a beautiful view.
Our house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in what we consider to be the most beautiful area of Scharbeutz on the Baltic Sea in Schleswig-Holstein. It is an upscale residential area in a quiet, scenic villa neighborhood. The property is situated on a hill, approximately 300 meters as the crow flies from the Baltic Sea. It’s only about a 10-minute walk from your vacation rental to Scharbeutz’s unique, exceptionally fine sandy beach. The forest (which also features a climbing park), offering many hiking opportunities and stretching all the way to the town of Timmendorfer Strand, is just a 3-minute walk away. There is also a playground on our cul-de-sac, though it does not cause any noise disturbance. A parking space for your car is available on the property, directly in front of the entrance to your vacation apartment at the Annabel Guesthouse. A wooden shed is available for your bicycles.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
