The hotel is conveniently located close to both the train station and a bus stop with connections to the city centre. It offers very good value for money. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and overall a pleasant place to stay.
Breakfast was perfectly fine, although the coffee was a little disappointing, especially considering we were in Italy!
Overall, a good stay with just a few minor things that could be improved.
The only downsides were the shower, which could have been cleaner, and the room, which was so heavily fragranced that the smell became quite unpleasant.

It’s perfect price to quality ratio. Breakfast was great and staff were really helpful.
At first we got a room without much sunlight but staff did everything they could to move us in another room with better view and sunlight.

The hotel is conveniently located close to public transportation and the airport. Our room was clean and confortable. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, and the breakfast/kitchen staff were also very kind and smiling.
Our room was on the ground floor and it was clean and well maintained. However, it did not have natural light as the windows were covered by long curtains. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff member we interacted with on the hallway seemed very unmotivated, bored and impolite. Not only he not greet guests, or smile, but he even rolled his eyes when greeted. The area around the hotel felt a bit unsafe at night, although we did not experience any incidents during our stay.
