About this apartment rental
The farm is located on a sunny hillside on the southwestern slope of the Kochberg. Here you’ll find the ideal starting point for easy hikes through the region. Whether as a couple or—especially—with the kids, you can spend the best days of the year at this child-, senior-, and pet-friendly farm.
In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find good country inns, wine taverns, and a hair salon. Of course, we can’t forget the animals on the farm: rabbits, goats, sheep, and two dogs (one medium-sized and one small) that always bring children great joy.
From the farm’s own Kochberg viewpoint, you’ll enjoy a wonderful view of Riegersburg, Schöckel, Koralpe, and the Karawanken Mountains. Here you’ll find a little oasis of peace and relaxation.
"Kochwagner" Farm Vacation Home:
The fully equipped 75-square-meter vacation apartment accommodates 4–6 people. Our fully air-conditioned two- and four-bed rooms offer plenty of space for the whole family. In the cozy living room with satellite TV, you can enjoy breakfast together and spend relaxing family evenings. Upon request, we’d be happy to serve you a hearty breakfast.
On-site costs: Upon request, we’d be happy to prepare your breakfast in the vacation apartment, including vegetarian and vegan options.Children’s rates: Ages 3–12: €10; ages 13 and up: €15; children ages 0–2 stay free. For bookings of 1–2 nights, a surcharge of €7 per person per night will be added. A fee of €12 per night applies for dogs.
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
