- A light-filled and spacious dining and living area with a cozy corner couch that converts into a comfortable sleeper sofa. This area is attractively furnished and equipped with a flat-screen TV.

The Rubin vacation home offers 7 modern vacation apartments spread over 2 floors, and there is no elevator.

It is located in the Züschen neighborhood, 7 km from the Kahlen Asten, 6.5 km from the bike park, and 7 km from downtown Winterberg. In this resort town, you’ll find a bakery, a restaurant (Homberg Jause, not open daily), and a supermarket (Edeka).

The Winterberg ski lift network is just a few minutes’ drive away.

Thanks to its natural setting, the house is an ideal starting point for winter sports enthusiasts, hikers, cyclists, and families. Motorcyclists are also welcome and will find well-developed routes in Winterberg and throughout the Sauerland region.

Contactless check-in is available at any time starting at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Since we use a door code lock system, there is no need for a personal key handoff. On the day of your arrival, we’ll email you the door code for your vacation rental around 10:30 a.m. If you don’t have access to your email during your trip, please contact us in advance.
