Located in Heringsdorf, just 500 meters from the beach, is the Handtuchhaus—a place to stay in the narrowest house. In just a few minutes, you can reach the town center or the Heringsdorf pier with its shopping options.
Across from the Handtuchhaus is the idyllic Goethepark, which features a playground for the little ones.
In addition to biking and hiking trails, the area also offers recreational activities such as mini-golf, the view from the treetop walk, and cozy cafes and restaurants.
Handtuchhaus, the narrowest vacation home:
Since the Handtuchhaus has two levels, it offers plenty of space for four people (plus a crib). The living area is on the first floor: Here, guests will find a modern corner sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a cozy sitting area with two armchairs. From here, you can easily access the terrace with its beach chair-style seating. Enjoy the outdoors here—for example, while having breakfast. The first floor also features the kitchen area, which is fully equipped (filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, egg cooker, toaster, electric kettle, mini oven, microwave). Adjacent to this is a beautiful dining table with a lounge sofa. The shower room and a sauna (heated cabin) are also located on the lower living level. A wide staircase leads to the upper living area, where you’ll find two modern bedrooms, each with a box-spring bed and a flat-screen TV. You’ll also find a larger shower room up here.
For cycling enthusiasts, there’s a large storage room next to the towel house. A parking space is located directly in front of the house. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
