TOTAL DANGER: Physical assault, theft, animal cruelty, filth and safety hazards! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This establishment is a public danger. I had to flee in absolute urgency for my own safety following an unacceptable outburst of violence. Origin of the conflict and assault: I was staying with my dog, as it was nowhere explicitly stated that pets were forbidden. The staff suddenly demanded that I leave immediately. Given the condition of the place, I simply tried to talk and find a compromise for the night. That is when a staff member became violent: he physically assaulted me, grabbing my wrist and pushing me violently to rip the keys directly out of the door. I found myself instantly without any keys, forced out by strength. Threats and animal cruelty: I was threatened with pepper spray in my eyes, while being shouted at and intimidated by the staff in a foreign language. These individuals also violently kicked my dog, a completely unacceptable and gratuitous act of cruelty against a defenseless animal. Theft of my belongings: Taking advantage of the situation to kick me out, the staff went through my personal belongings, threw everything onto the floor, and stole several of my items and purchases. Filth, insalubrity and lack of security: This place is very, very dirty and there is absolutely no soundproofing (you can hear everything, it is unlivable). The doors and windows do not lock (zero security), the floorboards are broken and dangerous, and the bathroom ceiling is covered in mold. On the ground floor, there was even a bloody handprint on the wall, which the staff quickly wiped away after the incident. The police intervened on-site and confirmed that this establishment has numerous recurring reports. Meanwhile, Booking.com shamefully refuses to issue a refund, hiding behind the excuse of the dog and totally ignoring the physical assault, the theft of my belongings, and the violence against my animal. Your physical integrity, health, and belongings are at direct risk here.

Broken plugs, sockets with hanging electrical wires, mold on the walls, no soap in the toilet, horrible smell in the toi

It was cheap and close by the old town

Doors to the apartment were always open that everyone coyld come in. While showers were in the room on the main hall with no lock in the door made me feeling not private at all....

Location

Shared bathroom, they need to fit smoke alarms in the hallways and the bathrooms as they absolutely stink of cigarette smoke. Just awful.

W sumie wszystko.

Czystość w pomieszczeniach wspólnych do poprawy, w pokojach też nie było idealnie czysto.
